3) Rental Property Management
4) County Housing Programs

Hey, no recent posts, are you guys still bloggin? I would like to hear more about the market on the neighbor islands. Things seem to be picking up a lot on Oahu. What's the word on the garden isle?
Yep still bloggin, we took a little vacation for some training on the mainland! Kauai's market is still very slow. We have alot of activity, but our closings have not really picked up yet.Anyone looking for a Kauai home, now is a great time! Interest rates are still low, FHA and VA still have low money down mortgages!
This is good place to live, where each and every kind of facilities are available.
Due to well looking infrastructure lots of person like it to live in this apartment.
Anybody can walk for work by transport.
Parking facility is also available, who have car and other vehicles.
